Callum is a chartered civil engineer and has over 35 years experience of working in local authorities. He originally specialised in road and bridge design, but later moved into roles in IT, Finance and Business management. His career has covered a broad range of operational and senior management experience, including 5 years as corporate technical director in a unitary authority. Callum left local government in 2009, and set up CH2 Associates in 2010.
Clare has over 20 years experience in IT, working for the DWP, local authorities, BT and latterly as an IT advisor on e-Government for the Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA).
The company is a privately owned UK consultancy business, formed in 2010 to supply specialist support to Local Authority technical services.
We have developed innovative software solutions to support cost modelling and option appraisal for waste management projects , and a system to design and automate production of refuse collection calendars.
The company also supplies interim management services to local authorities in collaboration with SOLACE Enterprises.
