We can help you set up a\u00a0plan based on our\u00a0template, adapting\u00a0it\u00a0to fit\u00a0your local circumstances.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unless you already have an up-to-date\u00a0collections dataset, we particularly recommend that\u00a0plenty of time is allowed to check and clean the raw data, assemble the master collections dataset and validate it. This stage is often the most difficult &#8211;\u00a0particularly so if you&#8217;re doing calendars for the first time. After that, it normally takes\u00a0several iterations of the design and final checking\u00a0of proof sets before all of the issues are ironed out and the final versions can be signed-off.\u00a0If\u00a0only\u00a0web-based calendars are needed (no printing) then\u00a0the timetable can be\u00a0a little shorter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We&#8217;ve consistently found that most new jobs need up to<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3 months<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">(elapsed time &#8211; not effort!) <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">counting<\/span> back from when the\u00a0new calendars go &#8220;live&#8221; &#8211; so this is what we recommend you allow for, for first commissions.
