Start up<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Typical<\/a><\/strong><\/span>Stage 1:<\/strong><\/span> We’ll work with your service team <\/span>to review your data and establish how best to set up\u00a0a master dataset that contains all of your round and property information. If you already have this dataset established in another system, all we’ll need to do is some\u00a0validation checks. If you don’t have a master\u00a0dataset, we can\u00a0help you build one.<\/p>\n

Stage 2: <\/strong><\/span>We’ll\u00a0discuss with you, your designers and (if you’re doing a mailshot) your printers\u00a0to establish how you want your calendars to look, and\u00a0work out how to format the calendars so that they\u00a0fit seamlessly into your artwork and preferred\u00a0layout. If you don’t already have these arrangements in place our preferred partner\u00a0Mail Marketing<\/a>\u00a0can offer\u00a0a complete design, print and distribution solution.<\/p>\n

Stage 3:<\/span> <\/strong>Once we’ve understood your requirements, and how much help you need we’ll\u00a0send you a\u00a0fixed price proposal document for\u00a0as much (or as little) of the service that you choose.<\/p>\n

Stage 4 : <\/strong><\/span>We\u2019ll\u00a0develop the master collections dataset and a bespoke calendar layout to your detailed specifications and email you initial proofs for checking, normally within a few days.<\/p>\n

Stage 5: <\/strong><\/span>The final data (image files, and address listing) ready for printing or uploading to your website will follow, normally within 2-6 weeks depending on how many iterations are required during the\u00a0proofing process to iron out any errors, and get to a final approved calendar set\u00a0.<\/div>

  • Agreeing “look and feel” for the calendar graphics<\/em><\/li>\n

  • Large format copies if required (for the visually impaired)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Allocation of post town\/delivery sort codes, for mailing contractors<\/em><\/li>\n
    • Comprehensive delivery schedules, if you’re doing hand delivery<\/em>
