He originally specialised in road and bridge design, but later moved into roles in IT, Finance and Business management. His career has covered a broad range of operational and senior management experience, including\u00a05 years as corporate technical director in a unitary authority. Callum left local government in 2009, and\u00a0set up CH2 Associates in 2010.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Clare<\/strong><\/span> has over 20 years experience\u00a0in IT, working for the\u00a0DWP, local authorities,\u00a0BT and latterly\u00a0as an IT advisor on e-Government for the Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA).<\/div> <div class=\"one_third last_column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The company is a privately owned UK consultancy business, formed in 2010 to supply\u00a0specialist support\u00a0to\u00a0Local Authority technical services.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We have\u00a0developed innovative software solutions to support cost modelling and option appraisal for\u00a0waste management projects\u00a0, and a system to design and automate\u00a0production of refuse collection calendars.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The company\u00a0also supplies interim management services to local authorities in collaboration with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.solaceenterprises.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">SOLACE Enterprises<\/a><a title=\"Partners\" href=\"http:\/\/ch2associates.co.uk\/wordpress\/support\/partners\/\">.<\/a> <\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"CH2 Associates' directors are\u00a0Clare and Callum Hay.
